The complex explained
Narita
Project Narita is a striking architectural statement in the heart of Amsterdam, consisting of two distinctive parts: the high-rise and the low-rise.
Parking and Accessibility
Below the complex is a spacious underground car park with space for 47 cars, accessible via a ramp next to the main entrance. This ensures convenience and safety for residents. There is also a bicycle storage area, in keeping with Amsterdam's bicycle-friendly culture.
Project Narita offers a unique living experience where modern design, comfort and urban vibrancy come together. Whether you choose the panoramic views of the high-rise or the intimate atmosphere of the low-rise, at Project Narita you will find your ideal home in Amsterdam. Sustainability and green spaces play an important role in the Narita project. All homes currently have a provisional energy label of A+ or A++.
A Skyline Defining Tower
The high-rise
With its imposing 18 floors, Project Narita's high-rise forms a landmark point in the city. The ground and first floors are reserved for commercial real estate, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere. The apartments in the high-rise start from the second floor and are accessible via a central entrance on the railway side of the building. Two modern lifts take residents and visitors comfortably to their destinations in this tower, which offers stunning views of Amsterdam.
Stylish living with a personal touch
The low-rise
Adjacent to the tower you will find the low-rise of Project Narita, consisting of six floors. The ground floor houses both apartments and an additional commercial space, creating a cosy mix of living and business. The apartments in the low-rise are directly accessible from Naritaweg, the attractive courtyard of the complex. Each entrance to these apartments is located outside, creating a sense of openness and direct connection to the vibrant surroundings.
