Procedure
We offer an almost entirely online procedure. This ensures a clear and streamlined process for anyone interested in an apartment. We will explain step by step how you can secure a fantastic apartment, from the first online contact to the final completion. Each part of the process is designed for your convenience, with transparency and clear instructions, allowing you to make your choice with confidence.
We are now almost in step 4. Pre-rent is closed. During the week of April 2 through 5, all registrations will be checked and the first rental units will be assigned. After this first allocation, we will start step 4.
Step 1: Subscribe
Your Account
To qualify for an apartment in Narita, you need to create an account. To do so, click on 'Register' and simply create your account.
You will receive an e-mail in which you can set your own password. Then click on confirm and your personal account is a fact!
Step 2: Preferences
Interest phase
The Interest phase has started! All types are known including the starting prices. You can already send us your favourite building numbers in your account. This will give you a small head start on the start of rentals, because if you do, you will be invited to our exclusive Pre-Rent.
The interest phase runs from Thursday, February 1 to Sunday, March 10!
Step 3: Exclusive
Pre-Rent
Pre-rent is closed. During the week of April 2 through 5, all registrations will be checked and the first rental units will be assigned. After this first allocation, we will start step 4.
Step 4: Final phase
The rental phase has begun!
We are currently in the rental phase and there are still apartments available! You can view the available properties in our online housing overview, which is updated in real-time.
If you are interested in any of the available apartments, you can indicate your preferences in your account. Also, complete your registration by filling out the "rental" questionnaire. Our rental team will then contact you as soon as possible.
